Haihao Group has completed manufacturing and shipment of ASTM A860 WPHY60/65 pipe fittings for an energy project in the United Arab Emirates. This batch covers a full range of butt-weld piping components, all produced to ASME B16.9 and coated with black paint for outdoor anti-corrosion protection.

Material Requirement: Dual certified, NACE compliant; C≤0.23%, S≤0.01%, CEV＜0.43%; Grain size ≥Class7; -50℃ Charpy impact test, min single value 33J with furnace test blocks.
This ASTM A860 WPHY60/65 pipe fittings package includes long radius 90° elbows, 45° elbows, tees, concentric reducers, eccentric reducers and flat end caps. Sizes range from 2 inch up to 8 inch, with heavy wall SCHXXS and custom wall thickness options. All ASTM A860 WPHY60/65 pipe fittings are supplied with dual material certification, complying with NACE requirements for sour service environments.
Strict chemical composition controls were enforced during production. Carbon content is limited below 0.23%, sulphur under 0.01%, and carbon equivalent restricted to less than 0.43%. The material grain size reaches Class 7 or finer, securing stable mechanical properties. Every batch of this ASTM A860 WPHY60/65 pipe fittings underwent -50°C low temperature impact test, with minimum single value of 33J using furnace-coupled test blocks for authentic verification.
