The order includes a range of accessories necessary for shipboard piping systems, covering both seamless and welded configurations. Products include tees, 90-degree long-radius elbows, concentric and eccentric reducers, U-clamps, and hex bolts and nuts (fully threaded), all made from high-grade carbon steel. It is worth noting that these products undergo different surface treatment processes, in which the U-shaped clamps, bolts and nuts undergo a cold galvanizing process to enhance their corrosion resistance and ensure their service life in the marine environment. Seamless pipe fittings require black paint on the surface, while for welded pipe fittings, the surface treatment is hot-dip galvanizing. .

The minimum order size is DN15 to the maximum DN200, and the total weight exceeds 100 tons, which highlights Haihao Group’s ability to accurately and efficiently undertake large-scale projects.
