Heat and product analysis shall be performed wherein steel material shall conform to required chemical compositions of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur. The steel materials shall also undergo hardness test, flattening test, flaring test, flange test, and hydrostatic test. The service life of the boiler tube is about 3 years, now the customer has been using it for 4 years and there is no problem. The customer praised the quality of our products.
