Haihao Group Supplies ASTM A694 F46 Threadolets for a European Oilfield Project
Haihao Group has successfully completed the supply of ASTM A694 Grade F46 threadolets for a major oilfield pipeline project in Europe. These high-pressure forged branch fittings are designed to meet demanding service conditions in flow lines and feeder lines of wells, ensuring reliable performance in corrosive and high-stress environments.
Each threadolet was manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.11, ASME B31.3, and MSS SP-97, with beveled ends conforming to ASME B16.25. The fittings have a run size of 8 inches and a branch size of 1 inch, suitable for seamless integration with 8-inch NPS line pipes. The pressure rating is 3000 LB, designed for durability and leak-free service in high-pressure systems.

To ensure the highest level of safety and quality, all materials conform to ASTM A694 Grade F46, with full NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 compliance for sour service environments. The fittings are manufactured to PSL-2 specification level, meeting all mandatory requirements of API 5L Annex-H and incorporating a corrosion allowance of 3 mm for extended service life.
Before delivery, each fitting was subjected to comprehensive material testing and inspection, including traceable Mill Test Certificates (MTC), dimensional verification, and marking as per MSS SP-97. Every component is clearly identified with size, heat number, pressure rating, and material grade to ensure full traceability and compliance with client specifications.
