Haihao Group Ships Custom Carbon Steel Pipe Fittings for Australian Industrial Project

When an Australian engineering contractor reached out for a batch of low-temperature carbon steel fittings, Haihao Group responded with precision manufacturing and efficient coordination. The shipment, now on its way to Australia, includes a full range of A420 WPL6 butt-weld pipe fittings designed to meet the project’s exacting specifications.

The order covers 45° and 90° long-radius elbows, equal and reducing tees, and eccentric reducers, all manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.9 dimensional standards. Each fitting was produced under strict process control – from forging and heat treatment to final machining and coating.

“The client required fittings that could handle both pressure and sub-zero operating temperatures without performance loss,” said Haihao’s production manager. “Our A420 WPL6 grade is a perfect match for such environments, combining strength with reliable impact resistance.”

To ensure durability during storage and transport, all fittings were finished with black anti-corrosion paint and thoroughly inspected for dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, and surface finish. The products will be installed in a low-temperature pipeline system serving the oil and gas sector in Australia.
