The core of this order focuses on customized MSS SP-75 WPHY65 fitting solutions for high-pressure process pipelines. We supplied two sets of 3″×2″ STD reducing tees manufactured per MSS SP-75 and ASTM A860 standard. One tee adopts seamless integral forging structure, while the other fully complies with NACE sour service specifications, meeting dual standard requirements for different pipeline zones of the Singapore project.
To complete on-site pipe diameter transition configuration, two types of eccentric reducers are included in the batch. The 4″×3″ STD eccentric reducer belongs to the MSS SP-75 WPHY65 fitting system, featuring stable high-pressure bearing capacity for conventional process piping. Meanwhile, the 4″×2″ special wall thickness eccentric reducer adopts ASTM A420 WPL6 low-temperature steel and ASME B16.9 standard, specially reserved for low-temperature pipeline sections.
All MSS SP-75 WPHY65 fitting units and WPL6 low-temperature reducers are finished with uniform black anti-corrosion paint. This surface treatment effectively isolates moisture and corrosive media during marine transportation and long-term outdoor operation in Singapore’s humid tropical environment, extending the service life of piping components.
