The gravimetric method is suitable for substances with a constant content greater than 1%. Its operation is more cumbersome but its accuracy is higher.

When performing gravimetric analysis, attention needs to be paid to the steps of sample dissolution, precipitation, filtration, washing, drying and burning. Strict execution of these steps ensures the accuracy of analytical results.
