1.Hot spinning method

2.Hot extrusion method

Before extrusion, the blank needs to be machined and pre-processed. When extruding pipes with a diameter of less than 100mm, the equipment input is small, the material waste is little, and the technology is relatively mature. However, once the diameter of the pipe is increased, the method of hot extrusion requires large tonnage and high power equipment, and the corresponding control system must also be upgraded.

3.Hot piercing rolling method

Hot piercing and rolling mainly consists of longitudinal rolling and cross rolling. Longitudinal rolling and extension rolling are mainly limited to rolling with mandrel continuous rolling tube, rolling with limited stand mandrel continuous rolling tube, rolling with three-roll limited mandrel continuous rolling tube and rolling with floating mandrel continuous rolling tube. These methods have high production efficiency, low metal consumption, good product quality, advanced control systems, and are increasingly used. The cross-rolling extension rolling method is also widely used for the production of medium-thick-wall seamless pipes with low investment, short process flow, suitable for small batches, multiple varieties, multiple specifications and high precision.

4.Hot push system expansion method

Pushing and expanding equipment is simple, low-cost, easy to maintain, economical and durable, flexible product specifications change, such as the preparation of large-diameter elbows and other similar products, only need to add some accessories.
