The BS EN 10253-2 S235 pipe fitting package includes both short radius and long radius 90° elbows across a wide OD range. Every elbow follows the agreed wall thickness tolerance: maximum plus 12.5 % and minimum minus 12.5 % of nominal thickness. Bevel preparation follows clear site rules; fittings with wall thickness below 3 mm are finished with square cut ends, while items thicker than 3 mm carry a 30° ±5° welding bevel. This careful end preparation helps Swiss welding teams achieve consistent weld joints on site.
Alongside elbows, we supplied a large selection of concentric reducers and equal / reducing tees under the same BS EN 10253-2 specification. Many reducing tees have mixed wall thickness between run and branch, so we applied mixed end treatment: beveled end for sections above 3 mm and square cut for thinner branch ends. This detail is easy to overlook, yet critical when fabricating European process pipework. All reducers and tees receive the same protective paint coating after non-destructive and dimensional checks.
Closing out the order are pipe caps and dished ends, also made of S235 to BS EN 10253-2. Dished ends in smaller and larger sizes are included to match the full piping schedule, with wall thickness checks and beveling aligned to the same tolerance and end preparation rules applied to the rest of the fitting set. Supplying all these components from one source removes the risk of mismatched dimensions or conflicting manufacturing standards that often slow down European site assembly.
Haihao Group regularly fabricates BS EN 10253-2 S235 pipe fittings for customers across mainland Europe. We maintain strict traceability, offer paint or galvanized surface options, and can adjust end beveling and tolerances to match your welding procedure specification. If you are sourcing standard or mixed-size carbon steel fittings compliant with European piping norms, share your list or drawing for a competitive offer.
