Pipe Coating

The coating helps protect the pipeline from corrosion, wearing, and all mechanical stress. It can be applied to seamless or welded type pipelines. There are many materials suitable for pipe coating. The most widely used materials in pipeline coatings include asphalt coatings, resins, paints, waxes, oils, varnishes, polyurethane, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, PVC and other plastics, elastomers, etc. In organometallic pipeline coatings, the paint is colored in powder form with different types of metals such as aluminum, zinc, lead, and stainless steel.

Pipe Lining

The lined pipe is durable and perfect for complex industrial applications. These pipes use enclosed protective materials and are mechanically injected into the pipe sections. When the production process is completed, the lining material is implemented into the pipeline. The thickness of the lining material reduces the hole diameter of the pipe. In the pipeline lining process, the applicable materials are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), cement mortar, liquid epoxy resin, glass, molten epoxy resin (FBE), polyethylene, bituminous asphalt, zinc, etc.

Pipe Cladding

The application of pipe cladding is to improve the durability and corrosion resistance of the pipe. This makes these pipes widely used in all industrial ectors. However, the cladding material is more expensive than the pipe lining because it only requires high-grade metal. using stainless steel, duplex alloys and high nickel alloys (such as chromium-nickel alloys, chromium-nickel alloys, etc.), the cladding process improves the durability and toughness of carbon steel pipes through corrosion resistance. Cladding tubes are called CRA, which means corrosion-resistant alloy. The cladding process is completed inside the pipeline, which includes a layer of advanced materials on a lower-grade substrate layer. Cladding tube is the perfect application fluid, which immediately deteriorates carbon-manganese steel. The bond between high-grade and low-grade materials is metallurgical, which is done by welding these two materials together. It can also be achieved through explosive technology, which combines them well.
