Hebei Haihao High Pressure Flange Pipe Fitting Group Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the production and shipment of low-temperature seamless fittings to a key client in Kazakhstan. The supplied products include seamless straight tees (6″ SCH 40, 2″ SCH 80) and 90° long-radius elbows (2″ SCH 80), all manufactured from SA-420 WPL6 carbon steel and conforming to ASME B16.9 standards.

Precision Manufacturing and Stringent Testing
Each fitting was produced under Haihao’s strict quality management system to ensure full compliance with international engineering requirements. All components were heat-treated and delivered in normalized condition, with machined welding ends ready for on-site installation.
To guarantee long-term reliability under demanding service conditions, the fittings underwent a series of mechanical and metallurgical tests, including:
- Chemical composition analysis
- Tensile testing at 20°C
- Impact testing at -45°C with results meeting 27J at -46°C requirements
- Magnetic particle inspection (MT)
- Sandblasting surface treatment for corrosion prevention
- Dimensional and visual inspection prior to dispatch
These processes ensure that Haihao’s low-temperature carbon steel fittings deliver excellent toughness, weldability, and resistance to brittle fracture — ideal for cryogenic, LNG, and cold-climate oil & gas applications.
