Haihao Group Delivers MSS SP-75 and ASTM B366 Pipe Fittings to the UAE
Haihao Group recently completed the shipment of butt weld pipe fittings for a customer in the United Arab Emirates.
The order covered high-strength carbon steel fittings manufactured to MSS SP-75 WPHY 60 and nickel alloy fittings produced in accordance with ASTM B366, supporting demanding pipeline service conditions.
All products were manufactured and inspected strictly according to project specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy, material compliance, and consistent surface quality.

Carbon Steel Pipe Fittings – MSS SP-75 WPHY 60
For the main pipeline system, Haihao Group supplied a range of MSS SP-75 WPHY 60 fittings, including:
- Reducing tees: 6″ × 3″, 3″ × 2″, and 12″ × 6″
- Concentric reducers: 3″ × 1-1/2″, 3″ × 2″
- Eccentric reducers: 6″ × 3″
- Test blocks for mechanical and impact testing
Wall thicknesses included XXS × XXS, Sch 140 × 120, and custom metric thicknesses such as 15.27 × 11.91 mm, matching heavy-wall pipeline requirements.

Low-Temperature Impact and Chemical Requirements
All A860 Y60 (WPHY 60) fittings were supplied with strict technical conditions:
- Charpy impact test temperature: –46 °C
- Acceptance values: 40 J / 34 J
- Sulfur (S) content: ≤ 0.01%
- Phosphorus (P) content: ≤ 0.015%
In addition, all carbon steel fittings were delivered with internal polishing, external sand blasting, plain ends, and end length extended by 10 mm on each side, ensuring suitability for site welding and installation.
Nickel Alloy Pipe Fittings – ASTM B366
The shipment also included ASTM B366 WPNCMC-S fittings for corrosion-resistant service, such as:
- Concentric reducers:
- 2″ × 1″ (XS / 80S × XS / 80S)
- 6″ × 3″ (120S × STD / 40S)
- Test blocks: 2″ × SCH 80 × 100 mm
These fittings are widely used in applications requiring enhanced resistance to corrosion and stable performance under aggressive operating conditions.
