Haihao Group secures supply contract for Russian client

In mid-December, Haihao Group signed a supply contract with a valued client from Russia for the production and delivery of a variety of high-quality piping components. The ordered products include:

Seamless Caps made from AISI 321 ASTM A240,

Seamless Tees made from AISI 321 ASTM A312,

Socket Weld Fittings made from AISI 321 ASTM A403,

Weld Neck Flanges made from AISI 321 ASTM A182.

The client provided detailed production drawings and specified stringent requirements to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance:

Heat Treatment for Blanks: All raw materials must undergo heat treatment to enhance their mechanical properties and ensure structural uniformity.

100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Both the blanks and finished products must undergo thorough ultrasonic testing to detect any internal defects, ensuring reliability and compliance with the client’s specifications.

Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) Testing: All products must pass this critical test to guarantee resistance to intergranular corrosion, a common concern for stainless steel in harsh environments.

The contract also includes a tight delivery timeline of one month. Upon receiving the order, Haihao Group conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the requirements and confidently confirmed our ability to meet the client’s demands. Production has already been scheduled, with our experienced team ensuring all processes adhere strictly to the specified standards.
