Haihao Group Ships A234 WPB Pipe Fittings to Portugal Project

Haihao Group has successfully completed a new shipment of A234 WPB pipe fittings for a customer in Portugal. The order includes a wide range of reducers, long radius elbows, and seamless pipe caps, all manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.9. This delivery once again demonstrates Haihao’s ability to support large-scale international pipeline projects with reliable quality and timely production.

Overview of the Pipe Fittings Supplied

1. Reducers (Eccentric & Concentric)

The shipment includes several sizes of A234 WPB seamless reducers, covering both eccentric and concentric types:

• 18″ × 12″ eccentric reducer, thickness S100 × S120, seamless, black painted
• 18″ × 10″ eccentric reducer, thickness S100 × S120, seamless, black painted
• 24″ × 16″ eccentric reducer, thickness 15.88 mm × SCH 40, seamless, black painted
• 18″ × 12″ concentric reducer, thickness XS × STD, seamless, black painted

These reducers were manufactured to strict dimensional tolerances to ensure smooth flow transition and stable pipeline operation.

2. Long Radius Elbows

This batch also includes large-diameter long radius elbows, produced under ASME B16.9 and finished with black paint coating:

• 42″ 90° LR elbow, STD thickness, straight seam with X-ray inspected backing weld
• 30″ 45° LR elbow, 19.05 mm thickness, straight seam with X-ray inspected backing weld
• 42″ 45° LR elbow, XS thickness, straight seam with X-ray inspected backing weld

All elbows passed radiographic inspection to guarantee weld integrity and long-term reliability.

3. Seamless 45° LR Elbow and Pipe Cap

• 24″ 45° LR seamless elbow, 15.88 mm thickness, with backing weld
• 18″ seamless pipe cap, SCH 10, black painted, with backing weld

These seamless fittings provide superior strength, consistent wall thickness, and excellent performance under demanding service conditions.
