These two methods are simple to operate and can directly observe the leakage part and the leakage situation,but it is difficult to collect the whole bubbles due to not knowing the leakage part and several leaks beforehand,which affects the accuracy of measurement;secondly, for large, bulky and complex parts with external surface,the bubbles adhere to the bottom and folds of parts and are not easy to observe;after testing,the workpiece needs to be carried out.Cleaning and drying can not achieve automatic and quantitative leak detection.Therefore,these two methods of detecting air tightness of ductile iron pipes are unable to meet the production demand of high precision and efficiency.
