Italy large size FBE coated pipe bend order

We have received an order from an Italian customer, who needs FBE coated pipe bends. The product details are as follows:

DN48″x 0.625″ (1219.2×15.9mm)

API 5L, Gr. B, PSL-1, SAW, pipe bend 22.5degr., radius 5D, bevelled, SCH ASME B36.10M,

External Coating System: Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE) to min. 15mils (381 microns) according to ISO 21809-2, with bevel ends.

FBE epoxy powder anti-corrosion structure, using electrostatic spraying process to coat epoxy powder on the surface of the steel pipe, forming a film at one time. The coating has the advantages of simple coating operation, no pollution, good impact resistance and bending resistance of the coating, and high temperature resistance. The elbow itself is a large-sized pipe fitting made of butt-welded steel plates. Our factory strictly controls every link of production and inspection, including the packaging of pipe fittings, which are all wrapped around the outer packaging and fixed by a separate pallet to ensure the safety and stability of transportation.
