Chemical composition, tensile test of welded joints, hydrostatic test, acid corrosion test, non-destructive test and straight seam welded pipe have no corresponding production standards. Generally, the spiral welding pipe unit adopts the online continuous inspection method to ensure the welding quality of the weld. This is another important feature of spiral welded pipe production that is different from straight seam welded pipe production.
