Haihao Group Delivers ASTM A320 L7 Stud Bolts to Russian Energy Client

Haihao Group has completed shipment of ASTM A320 L7 stud bolts paired with ASTM A194 Grade 4 heavy hex nuts for a Russian low-temperature piping project. This batch covers two lengths: 7/8 inch UNC stud bolts in 150 mm and 140 mm, all hot-dipped galvanized and manufactured following BS 4882 design specifications.

Each ASTM A320 L7 stud bolt is engineered for low-temperature service. The stud material ASTM A320 Grade L7 retains reliable toughness under cold working conditions, while matching A194 Gr.4 heavy hex nuts deliver stable clamping force. Every assembly is supplied with two heavy hex nuts, UNC thread per ASME B1.1, Class 2A for studs and Class 2B for nuts.

This order follows strict MESC SPE requirements with two different specification revisions. The 150 mm ASTM A320 L7 stud bolt set complies with MESC SPE 81/003 1994 and MESC SPE 81/002 2014, with ISO 10474 3.1.B certification. The shorter 140 mm studs meet MESC SPE 81/002 2015 and come with EN 10204-3.1 / ISO 10474-3.1 certificates.

Hot-dip galvanized coating protects the ASTM A320 L7 stud bolt against atmospheric corrosion during field installation and long-term operation. Our quality team checks thread fit, coating integrity and dimensional accuracy before packing.
