This batch of ASME B16.11 NACE threaded plug includes 1/2 inch 3000# forged plugs in UNS N06625 and ASTM A182 Gr F321. Both versions follow ASME B16.11 forged threaded fitting specification and comply fully with NACE MR 0175/0103, a critical requirement to resist sulfide stress cracking in hydrogen sulphide containing service. Each piece undergoes 100% liquid penetrant examination to catch surface defects generated during thread machining.
Material validation is non-negotiable for this sour service package. Every ASME B16.11 NACE threaded plug is subject to 100% PMI positive material identification. Test reports record measured elemental contents: Cr, Ni, Mo and Cb/Nb for UNS N06625 plugs, and Cr, Ni, Ti for F321 stainless steel variants. Permanent marking and unique identification codes are stamped on each plug, paired with colour coding for quick visual alloy recognition: violet RAL4008 for Inconel 625, brown plus white RAL8003/9010 for F321.
