Haihao Factory is producing 180 degree bends for Pakistan Petro Pipeline

Hebei Haihao Pipe Fitting Factory succeeded in experimenting and manufacturing the 5D heat induction pipe bends,the products’ size from DN400 to DN500 and the radius in 180 degree.To get this tender from Pakistan and meet the tolerance requirements of the bends,our factory tried a lot to experiment and control the bending radius.(Hebei Haihao technical department communicates with JOINTECH Pakistan)

When the finished 180 degree pipe bends stand on the ground in our warehouse,they look like some arches.To protect the pipe bends from the corrosion,we did the gray color epoxy coating on the products(How to reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion and test it).Now we are going to face and solve the last challenge,transporting them in containers by sea.
