Socket Weld Elbow
Socket weld elbow is mainly produced and forged by the round steel or ingot molded,and then processed to a high-pressure connection fittings which can bear highest pressure up to 9000LB.Haihao Group could produce 45 degree socket weld elbow and 90 degree socket weld elbow from the size DN6 (1/8″) to DN100 (4″).Usually the order specification is DN15 (1/2″) ~ DN100 (4″).If beyond the specifications,and we can process as customer’s drawings.
Socket weld 90 degree elbows
The standard of socket weld elbow contain ANSI/ASME B16.11,JIS B2316,EN 10241,etc.
The material of socket weld elbow are carbon steel,stainless steel and alloy steel,as follows:
Carbon Steel: ASTM A105,A350 LF2,etc.
Stainless Steel: ASTM A182 F304,F304L,F316,F316L,F321,F347,F310,F44,F51,etc.
Alloy Steel: ASTM A182 F1,F5,F9,F11,F22,F91,ASTM A694 F42,F46,F52,F56,F60,F65,F70,etc.
The pressure rating is 3000LB,6000LB, 9000LB.
And matching the pipe thickness grades are SCH80,SCH160,XXS accordingly.
